Ingredients

For the chimichurri relish

  • 1 large bunches flat leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lime, juice only
  • 3 tbsp chopped oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 red chilli, halved and seeded
For the steak

  • 1 x 200 g rib-eye steaks
  • 1 tbsp oil
To serve

  • 1 bunches watercress
  • potatoes, sauted with ground cumin
