  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • handful of coriander, chopped
  • 0 2 limes, juice only
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the PicoDeGallogarnish

  • 3 peppers, 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 4 tomatoes, deseeded and diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
To serve

  • 10 corn tortillas, fried
