  • pinch of salt
  • 25 g butter
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • onion, sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • juice of 1 limes
  • 50 ml rose water
  • pinch of saffron, dissolved in 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
