Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin, (about 1 1/4 pounds)
salt , to taste
black pepper, to taste
Morton's Nature Seasons Seasoning blend, or favorite all-purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons butter, cold, cut into pieces

Brine:

2 quarts water
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 12-oz bottle beer , (Blue Moon)
