  • 8 Serrano peppers
  • 4 10 inch bamboo skewers soaked for 20 minutes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
