- 1/2 bunch dill (2 tablespoons chopped)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 red onion, small dice
- 6 slices dark rye or multigrain bread
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves, bottoms discarded
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 2 eggs, hard boiled and diced
- 4 caper berries, rinsed and chopped
- juice of one lime
