- 1 tablespoon freshly grated tangerine peel
- 1/3 cup fresh tangerine juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine, melted
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Garnish: Candied citrus peel (see note)
