  • 1 cup chicken broth, divided
  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries or cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 2 red bell peppers (1/2 pound each)
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
