  • 2 bags (8 oz. each) Tuscany lettuce blend (romaine lettuce, curly endive, carrots, frisée, radicchio; other similar blends may be substituted)
  • 1 jar (12 oz) roasted red peppers, drained and cut in 1-in.-wide strips
  • 1 jar (12 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, not drained
  • Nice to have: olives
