  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 can (28 oz) whole plum tomatoes in juice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil), halved
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 tsp dried
  • 1 can (15.5 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 jar (12 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • Garnish: chopped parsley
