- 12 oz ground beef chuck
- 11/2 cups chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut in 3/4-in. chunks (4 cups)
- 4 cups beef broth (from cubes)
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (16 oz) barbecue baked beans
- 1 can each (15.5 oz each) red kidney, black and pinto beans, rinsed
- Serve with: shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced scallions
