  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves , crushed
  • 4 boneless beef rib-eye steaks
  • 1/2 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 package (10 ounces) mixed salad greens
  • 4 ounce goat cheese , crumbled
  • 12 frozen onion rings, heated according to the package directions
