- Chimney: 1 frosted cream-filled chocolate roll cake (such as Yodels), 1 end cut off diagonally
- Gate and Steps: fudge-covered cream-filled wafers (Keebler Fudge Sticks)
- Tombstones: 4 oval cookies (such as Pepperidge Farm Milano)
- Door: 1 rectangular cookie (such as LU Petit Beurre)
- Roof shingles: General Mills Golden Grahams cereal
- Trick-or-Treaters: red, blue, purple, black, yellow and pink paste (gel) food colors, 5 Nabisco Bearwiches sandwich cookies and moon and star sprinkles
- Pointed hats: graham cracker sticks (Nabisco Honey Maid) cut in long triangles
- 1/2 cup (3 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- Skulls and spiders: black licorice string, mini marshmallows and blackberry candy
- Pumpkins: 6 each orange fruit chews and tiny green sugar-coated pastilles (lozenge-shaped licorice candies)
- 1 can (16 oz) milk-chocolate frosting
- Fence: 34 graham cracker sticks (Nabisco Honey Maid), cut to points at 1 end
- Sidewalk: 1 roll Necco assorted candy wafers, broken up
- Earth: crushed chocolate graham crackers
