  • 8 oz.  fresh or frozen skinless cod or sea bass fillets
  • 6 oz.  fresh or frozen peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/3 cup  chopped onion
  • 2 stalks  celery, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp.  bottled minced garlic (1 clove)
  • 2 tsp.  olive oil
  • 1 cup  reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup  dry white wine or reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 14-1/2-oz. can  no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 8-oz. can  no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp.  dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp.  salt
  • 1/8 tsp.  ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp.  snipped fresh parsley
