- 3 pounds fresh Brussels sprouts, peeled, stems removed, and cut in half
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Description
In A Dutch Oven, Cook Bacon Over Medium-high Heat Until Brown. Add Garlic And Cook For 1 Minute. Drain Bacon And Garlic; Set Aside, Discarding Grease.
