  • 4 teaspoons  cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup  water
  • 3 cups  fresh or frozen unsweetened peach slices
  • 2 cups  fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/3 cup  plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1   slightly beaten egg
  •   Ground ginger or ground cinnamon (optional)
