Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon  active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon  sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 3/4 cup  warm water (120 degree F to 130 degree F)
  • 1/4 cup  olive oil
  • 1/2 cup  finely chopped, toasted walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons  snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 medium  pear, cored, halved, and very thinly sliced
  • 1 small  red onion, very thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 tablespoon  margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 cup  crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (4 ounces)
