  • 2 large  eggs
  • 1 cup  buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon  vanilla extract
  • 1 cup  butter or margarine, melted and cooled
  • 1-1/2 disks (4-1/2 ounce)  Ibarra chocolate (Mexican chocolate)*, or 4-1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate squares (finely chopped) and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup  butter or margarine, cut up
  • 1/2 cup  heavy or whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup  pecans, toasted and chopped
