- 8 slices pancetta, thinly sliced
- 1 pound calf's liver, sliced into 4 thin pieces
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 stick cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
Description
Add A 3-count Of Olive Oil (about 3 Tablespoons) To A Small Saucepan And Heat Over Medium-low Heat. Fry Sage Leaves For 2 To 3 Minutes Until Crispy. Remove With A Slotted Spoon And Drain On Paper Towels. Set Aside.
