Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons  honey
  • 1 tablespoon  canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup  old-fashioned rolled oats
  •   Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup  dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots, dates, or prunes)
  • 4 cups  medium strawberries
  • 3 cups  fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons  sliced almonds (optional)
