  • 4 ounces  semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup  chunky peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup  light corn syrup
  •   Pinch of cream of tartar
  • 1 cup  sifted confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting
  •   Cocoa and cinnamon, for dusting
