  • 1/3 cup  basil pesto
  •   Polenta Fries (see recipe below) (optional)
  •   Nutmeg Spinach (see recipe below) (optional)
  •   Tomato-Basil Sauce (see recipe below) (optional)
  •   Grated Parmesan cheese
