- 1/4 cup water
- Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon chili pasta with garlic (sambal)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
