Amish-style Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4   skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds total)
  • 2   skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1/2 pound total)
  • 1/4 cup  pistachio nuts
  • 2 tablespoons  whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  pepper
  • 1 tablespoon  butter, melted
  •   Paprika and/or pepper
  • 1 recipe  Cider Cream Sauce (see recipe below)

Description

Pistachio Nuts, Whipping Cream, And Ground Chicken Make A Filling For Chicken Breast In This Dinner Entree. Serve It With Boiled New Potatoes And A Side Salad.
