  • 2/3 cup  granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup  packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup  all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon  ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup  butter
  • 2-1/2 cups  sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons  light-colored corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon  vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon  almond extract
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons  evaporated milk, half-and-half, or light cream
