- 4 small skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (3/4 pound total)
- Nonstick spray coating
- 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame seed
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- Chive blossom flowers (optional)
