Ingredients
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 8 ounces thick-cut bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cubed ham
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Description
To A Large Pot Of Boiling Water, Add Butternut Squash. When Water Comes To A Boil Again, Remove Squash And Plunge Into An Ice Bath. Drain And Set Aside To Cool.
