  • 3 slices  turkey bacon or bacon, sliced crosswise into thin strips
  • 1 clove  garlic, minced
  • 1 cup  evaporated fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup  refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
  • 8 ounces  packaged dried fusilli, spaghetti, or fettuccine
  • 2 teaspoons  margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup  freshly grated pecorino or Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup  snipped fresh parsley
  •   Freshly ground black pepper
