  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/3 cup  salsa verde
  • 1-1/2 cups  all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup  cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup  shortening
