Raspberry Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup  butter
  • 5   egg yolks (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1-3/4 cups  all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon  baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 3/4 cup  granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon  finely shredded orange peel
  • 1 cup  Lemon Curd or Orange Curd (see Recipe Center) or purchased lemon or lime curd
  • 2 cups  raspberries
  •   Powdered sugar

Description

Make A Buttery Dough To Form The Mini Tart Shells For This Dessert. Then Fill The Cooled Shells With Lemon Curd And Fresh Raspberries.
