Ingredients

  • 1 pound  chopped cooked smoked turkey breast
  • 2 stalks  celery, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup  mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon  cracked black pepper
  • 8 cups  mixed baby salad greens
  • 1 medium  orange, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 of a small  red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup  bottled raspberry vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup  dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup  broken walnuts, toasted
