- 2 avocados
- Grated peel and juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- One 11-ounce package flour tortillas
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crme frache or sour cream
