- 1 tablespoon each lemon zest and orange zest
- 2 pinches of saffron threads
- 1 tablespoon honey (a drizzle)
- 1 quart water or chicken stock
- Toasted pistachio nuts, chopped, for garnish
- Toasted pumpkin seeds, for garnish
