6 cups fresh spinach (3/4 bag)
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges (drained)
1/4 cup raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup sunflower kernels

1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 (1.3-ounce) envelope whipped topping mix
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice (drained)
1 (6-ounce) jar maraschino cherries (drained)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
