- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
Crumble topping:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 6 Tbs. unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
- 3 Tbs. light brown sugar
- 3 Tbs. sugar
