- 500gms of chicken thigh/breast fillet, cut into nugget like pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of good quality Garam Masala powder (preferably Shahi Garam Masala)
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (red chilli powder)
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
- 1 1/2 tsp of salt or to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tbsp of yoghurt
- 2 large eggs, beaten with little salt
