â¢Chopped chives or Italian parsley , for garnish
Ham and Cheese Tea Sandwiches
â¢Honey mustard
â¢16 slices Very thin whole wheat or white bread
â¢8 to 10 ounces Very soft Brie , room temperature
â¢8 thin slices ham , about 4 ounces total
â¢Unsalted butter , softened
â¢Toasted sesame seeds , for garnish
Bacon and Egg Tea Sandwiches
â¢4 hard-boiled eggs , chopped
â¢6 tablespoons Mayonnaise , plus more for garnish
â¢1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
â¢1 tablespoon (scant) chopped tarragon
â¢Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper , to taste
