Ingredients
1 2-3lb. Butternut or acorn squash - you may use any winter squash for this dish!1 lb. Potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 cup Heavy cream or half and half - 1 cup whole milk yogurt will work as well
2 tbsp. Butter or olive oil
1/4 c. Finely chopped fresh chives
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste (omit salt for babies!)
