Ingredients

Base:
1 cup All purpose flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Butter or margarine
1 1/to 2 tablespoons Cold water
½ to 1 teaspoon Lemon extract
Filling:
2 pkg (8-oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 cups (15-oz can) sweetened condensed milk, reserve 2/3 cup for Topping (not evaporated milk)
½ cup (3 ¾-oz pkg) instant lemon or vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup Cream sherry or milk
Topping:
reserved 2/3 cup Sweetened condensed milk
1 Envelope (1-oz) premelted unsweetened chocolate or 1 square (1-oz) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 to 2 tablespoons Cream sherry or milk
