Grilled Tuna Burgers With Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients

'/2 pounds Skinless tuna fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 teaspoons Grated fresh cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons Grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
8 slices Challah (or other soft bread):
'/2 cup Fresh (soft) breadcrumbs toppings:
Wasabi Mayonaise, avocado,
Cucumber or tomato slices
2 Shallots or green onions, minced
Wasabi Mayonnaise
1cup Mayonnaise
2 Green onions, minced
2 teaspoons Wasabi powder or prepared wasabi
Juice of 1 lime (about 1 to 2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh chives Sea salt, to taste Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir to blend. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
