1 bag Frozen vegetables, I use broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
3 Or 4 green onions sliced
2 tablespoons Peanut butter
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
Coconut Aminos to taste
Fresh chopped cilantro to taste
Chopped peanuts to garnish
Peanut Sauce Ingregients:
1 13.5-ounce Can of unsweetened coconut milk
2 ounces (approximately 1/4 cup) of Thai red curry paste
3/4 cup Unsweetened (natural) creamy peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon Salt
3/4 cup Honey or agave nectar
2 tablespoons Apple cider
1/2 cup Water
(makes 3.5 cups, Which stores in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks)
