Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch asparagus
- 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 chichen brest,boneless(about 5oz. each)
- salt and pepper
- 1Tbs thyme,chopped
- zest of 1 lemon
- 3Tbs butter,divided
- 1/2 lb. button mushrooms,sliced
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- Splash of white wine or sherry
- 1 pastry sheet(pepperidge Farm)cut in1/2 and then in half again so you have 2 squares
- 1 egg
- 2Tbs water
- 6 thin slices of brie
- 1/4c almonds
