  • lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • broth
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
