- 1/2 K rice vermicilli , soaked in water until soft and drained
- Few drops of ghee
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cardomoms
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 green chillies , slit
- 1 C low fat evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 C water
- salt
- Pinch of tumeric and curry powder
- mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
