Ingredients
- 6 individual pizza crusts, or 2 medium(home made or store purchased)
- For gravy Sauce
- 4T bacon grease or butter
- 5T flour
- 2 cups milk
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
- For Toppings
- 1lb breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup+ shredded cheese, shredded(colby, cojack, pepperjack, cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, etc. Most should work fine)
- *Optional ingredients include: chopped onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, jalapenos, crisp bacon, etc)

This Is My Variation Of A Basic Breakfast Pizza. If I Make These For A Group, In One Sitting, I Will Individualize Them With The Optional Ingredients. If I Make Up A Bunch To Freeze For Weekday Reheats, I Stick With The Basics Because I Don't Like How Th
