Ingredients
- ⢠500g elbow macaroni, ziti, rigatoni, rotini or whatever pasta you like.
- ⢠5 â 6 strips bacon, chopped.
- ⢠2 Tbs olive oil
- ⢠250g cream cheese
- ⢠250 â 500g sharp cheddar cheese, up to you.
- ⢠2 or 3 seeded chilies, chopped. You pick the type. Optional.
- ⢠About 125g kielbasa, small cubes, you can use chorizo here.
- ⢠2 â 2 ½ cups milk, depends on cheese.
- ⢠¼ cup dry white wine. (more if you like but cut back on the milk).
- ⢠1 medium onion, chopped fine.
- ⢠2 med cloves garlic, chopped fine, to taste.
- ⢠1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced.
- ⢠¼ cup pitted kalamata olives sliced (can use plane black olives if needed)
- ⢠1 tsp basil, chopped fine.
- ⢠1 tsp sweet paprika.
- ⢠1 stalk celery, thin cross cut.
