Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sugar (i use half brown and half raw)
- 1 Tbsp golden syrup
- 70g stewed plums (OR apple sauce or a mashed ripe banana, whatever fruit you have, really)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup fine oatmeal
- 1 Tbsp (or more) nuts to suit, i did hazelnuts with the plums, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (your choice, raisins dates, sultanas) - optional
- 1 tsp spice to suit (i used cinnamon for my plum cookies)

These Are Great Healthy Little Cookies. I Like Them For A Quick Breakfast, Crumbled Up In My Bowl With Some Milk And Yoghurt On Top.
