- ½ pound unseasoned ground pork
- ½ cup leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- few dashes of black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- â teaspoon ground cloves
- â teaspoon ginger
- gravy
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup chicken or beef stock (I prefer stock to broth â more flavor)
