- ⢠3 medium heads of Napa cabbage; cut up a bit. Medium is about 8â (20cm) from stem to leaf tip.
- ⢠1 large potato peeled & cut into medium cubes.
- ⢠A pinch of basil.
- ⢠A pinch of cumin.
- ⢠A pinch of thyme.
- ⢠1 medium Bay leaf.
- ⢠1 large stalk of celery, cut into 1â bits.
- ⢠1 Ltr (about a quart) of beef or chicken stock.
- ⢠salt & FG pepper to taste.
