Ingredients
- 1 head garlic, top sliced off and outer papery skin removed
- 2 cubanelle peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small, sweet onion, quartered
- 6 tomatillos, husks removed
- 4 large tomatoes, halved
- 1 habanero pepper
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- juice of 1 lime
- zest of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 tsp habanero pepper sauce
- pinch salt
- generous pinch oregano
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp minced fresh mint
